Switching Domain Names

Just a quick update. I’ve switched from tomosmccarthy.xyz to tomosmcc.com. I have put a notice on tomosmccarthy.xyz to tell you to use tomosmcc.com. I’ve also changed my email address to me@tomosmcc.com . I much prefer not having my full name in the domain name because I think it looks a lot cleaner, and reduces the chances of someone misspelling it. People also generally consider .com domains to be a lot more trustworthy than .xyz ones. I only brought a .xyz because it was slightly cheaper, but I really should have thought a bit more before buying it. My new domain is also not on any blacklists, so my emails will no longer end up in people’s spam folders. I should have checked to see if my original domain was on any before buying it, and of cause, being a .xyz it was. I tried to get it removed but had no luck. So I’ve now fully switched over to tomosmcc.com.
